How to Order

Every tee is printed after you order, so here's exactly how it goes.

The steps

1. Pick your tee. Choose a design, colour and size. Not sure on size? Check the size guide.
2. Place your order. Add to cart, enter your delivery details and choose Pudo locker or door-to-door delivery. Pick EFT as the payment method.
3. Pay by EFT within 48 hours. After you order you'll see our banking details and your order reference (for example SR1042). It's also emailed to you.
4. Use your order number as the payment reference. This is how we match your payment to your order.
5. We confirm your payment. Once the money lands we email you to say it's paid and your tee is going into production.
6. We make it. Production takes 5-7 working days from the day we confirm payment.
7. It ships. We send it with Pudo or The Courier Guy and email you a tracking link.
8. You wear it. Soft heart, wild mind.

How long until I get it?

Production (5-7 working days) starts when we confirm your payment, not when you place the order. Add courier time on top. Delivery details are on our shipping page.

What if I forget the reference?

It happens. Email [email protected] with your order number, the amount, the date and the name on the bank account you paid from. A proof of payment helps. We'll match it and confirm your order.

What if I don't pay in time?

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours. We send a reminder after 24 hours. Nothing is charged, and you're welcome to order again.
