What we sell
Graphic T-shirts printed to order. Each product page describes the design, colour options, sizes (XS to 3XL, oversized fit), print placement and care (the main characteristics of the goods). See the Size Guide.
Prices
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Prices include VAT where we are VAT registered. The full price, including delivery (transport), taxes and any other fees, is shown before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Payment
Direct EFT (bank transfer) to {{BANK_NAME}}. Card and instant EFT via Payfast may be added later. Orders must be paid within 48 hours or they are cancelled. Payment details are shown after checkout. Payment systems and security are described in our Data Retention and Protection Policy.
Delivery
Within South Africa, by Pudo locker (R65) or The Courier Guy door-to-door (R110), free over R1000. Production takes 5-7 working days after payment, plus courier time. See the Shipping Policy.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have a 7-day cooling-off right under section 44 of ECTA (you may cancel without giving a reason or paying a penalty within 7 days after you receive the goods) and rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Protection Act. Our return, exchange and refund policy is in Refunds and Returns.
Terms of the agreement and your record of the transaction
The terms that apply to your order are our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Refunds and Returns policy. They are web pages that you can read, print, save or download from your browser at any time, and we email you your order confirmation so you can keep a copy with them. There is no guarantee beyond your rights under the law. Each order is a one-off sale, not an ongoing agreement, so there is no minimum duration.
Your rights and complaints
Our Terms and Conditions explain how your order is concluded and how to complain. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission or a consumer ombud. You can review your order before you submit it and correct mistakes, and you will get an order confirmation by email. We keep your order record for 5 years and you can ask us at [email protected] for a copy at any time during that period.
Privacy and security
See our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Retention and Protection Policy. The site uses HTTPS encryption, and we never store card details. Payment by EFT is made through your own bank.
Code of conduct
We do not subscribe to an external code of conduct or to an alternative dispute resolution code at this time. Our policies on this site set out how we operate. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may approach the National Consumer Commission or an accredited consumer goods ombud.
